Payment Methods:

- Cash on delivery or transfer via POSB bank and mailing will take place once transfer of funds are received.

- Mailing service will be via register mails and cost will be beared by buyer.

- No additional cost is charge if delivery is made at MRT station that is the best convenient for both parties.

- Delivery with Raffles Place during lunch time is also possible without additional cost.

- Prices shown on the website is NOT inclusive of mailing cost.

Others:

- Strictly no REFUNDS after sales.

- Stocks are limited as we usually onlyhave one or two pieces for the same design. Therefore if individuals want to order more than ONE please email to beadsecrets@dekibike.com or call Lynn @ 98363628.

- If length of the jewelry is not what you desired, we can shorten it for you at NO additional cost. As for lengthening additional cost will be charged depending on the number of materials used.

- For repair work it takes about 3 working days.

- Customisation work takes approximately 1 weeks upon confirmation of the design.
